🦋 Your soul enables you to understand both your mind and heart, and this is why soul gates are relevant in understanding how our thoughts are processed in our mind and heart.
✨To understand why a person behaves a certain way, one needs to determine what the person’s thoughts, imagination and interpretation at that given time are rooted in.
🤔Being aware of your thoughts helps you sail and change your focus.
🦋 Therefore, recognizing emotions will help a person acknowledge the thoughts causing that emotion because, without knowing your emotions, you cannot manage your thoughts and resolve the problem.
When you recognize these emotions, it enables you to understand their triggers and identify the red flags so you can quickly change focus and address the emotional reaction.

Dr Robert B Kargbo
Dr. Robert B. Kargbo has been a life coach for the past two decades. He has received a number of accolades in his scientific career as well. He has authored and co-authors over 170 Scientific publications in high caliber scientific journals and multiple books. He succinctly connects the past, present and future pursuit in individual lives and thousands have been benefited from his wisdom and insight.
His previous book ‘The Art of Solving Interpersonal Problems: 8 Steps to Creating a Formidable Team in a Few Hours” breaks down complex interpersonal principles that have been widely read.
Dr Calypse Agborsangaya
Dr Calypse is the founder of Encounter Seminars, an itinerant speaker, and has many years of church leadership. Calypse is an epidemiologist and author who enjoys reading, writing and singing. He is a father of three kids and husband.
Marie Ylimäki
She is the Founder and CEO of Healing StoreHouse ry Finland. She is a spiritual mentor and minister operating in the healing and deliverance ministry. She is also a Certified Transformational Life Coach who empowers women to shift from the wrong paradigm of limiting belief patterns to self-discovery for a sustainable, healthy lifestyle.
She has worked as a social instructor with youths, mentally disabled and a Sunday school teacher for almost seven years with 3-6 years old children.
Marie advocates for holistic health and is passionate about the wellbeing of people experiencing addictions, anxiety, stress, panic attacks, and depression.
She is rooted in the understanding that holistic health is needed to tackle the above-mentioned mental health by providing support to empower their spiritual, mental, emotional, physical and social needs for their wellbeing. In order to be considered ‘’well,’’ it is imperative for none of these areas to be neglected. She believes in the supernatural healing power of God and natural remedies for the complete healing of the spirit, soul and body.
Above all, she is a lover of Jesus, deeply rooted in Christ, and desires everyone to encounter Jesus and develop a personal relationship with God Almighty through the Holy Spirit.
